Scotty Williams grew up in Southern California where he received a full ride scholarship to play D-1 football at West Point. In 2010, his team won the Armed Forces Bowl. After graduation, he was a grad assistant for the football team and strength coach for the lacrosse team. From 2014-2019 Scotty served as an Airborne Ranger, completing one tour to Iraq. He has competed, trained, and programmed for athletes at all levels, from professional athletes, to the Special Operations Community, to youth athletes. Scotty is married to the love of his life and have three children together.

Connor grew up in Northern California where he lettered in football, soccer, lacrosse, and tennis in high school. While attending West Point he found the Olympic sport of Team Handball. As team captain his senior year he led the team to the Collegiate National Championship while winning tournament MVP. He also had the opportunity to play for the U.S Men’s National Team and Junior National Team. From 2015-2020 he served as a Signal Officer in South Korea, North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. Connor is furthering his passion in sports performance as he pursues a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Duke University.
